다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람에게는 이 법을 적용하지 아니한다. <개정 2008.3.21, 2012.12.11, 2013.6.4, 2019.1.15, 2020.5.26, 2022.12.31>
1. 삭제<2019.1.15>
2. 해당 사업에서 소정(所定)근로시간이 대통령령으로 정하는 시간 미만인 근로자
3. 「국가공무원법」과 「지방공무원법」에 따른 공무원. 다만, 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 별정직공무원, 「국가공무원법」 제26조의5 및 「지방공무원법」 제25조의5에 따른 임기제공무원의 경우는 본인의 의사에 따라 고용보험(제4장에 한정한다)에 가입할 수 있다.
4. 「사립학교교직원 연금법」의 적용을 받는 사람
5. 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 사람
This Act shall not apply to the following persons: 1. Deleted <2019.1.15> 2. Workers whose predetermined working hours in the relevant business are less than the time specified by Presidential Decree. 3. Public officials under the 「State Public Officials Act」 and the 「Local Public Officials Act」. However, special service public officials and fixed-term public officials under Article 26-5 of the 「State Public Officials Act」 and Article 25-5 of the 「Local Public Officials Act」 may, at their discretion, join the employment insurance (limited to Chapter 4) as prescribed by Presidential Decree. 4. Persons subject to the 「Act on the Pension for Schoolteachers and Staff of Private Schools」. 5. Other persons specified by Presidential Decree.
65세 이후에 고용(65세 전부터 피보험 자격을 유지하던 사람이 65세 이후에 계속하여 고용된 경우는 제외한다)되거나 자영업을 개시한 사람에게는 제4장 및 제5장을 적용하지 아니한다. <신설 2019.1.15>
This Act shall not apply to persons who are employed after reaching the age of 65 (excluding cases where a person who maintained eligibility for insurance before reaching the age of 65 continues to be employed after reaching the age of 65) or who commence self-employment after reaching the age of 65. <Newly established 2019.1.15>
