고용노동부장관은 필요하다고 인정하면 피보험자 또는 수급자격자를 고용하고 있거나 고용하였던 사업주, 고용산재보험료징수법 제33조에 따른 보험사무대행기관(이하 "보험사무대행기관"이라 한다) 및 보험사무대행기관이었던 자에게 피보험자의 자격 확인, 부정수급(不正受給)의 조사 등 이 법의 시행에 필요한 보고, 관계 서류의 제출 또는 관계인의 출석을 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2021.1.5>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may, when deemed necessary, require employers who employ or have employed insured persons or beneficiaries, insurance office agency institutions under Article 33 of the Employment Insurance and Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Premium Collection Act (hereinafter referred to as "insurance office agency institutions"), and those who were insurance office agency institutions to report, submit related documents, or appear for examination, as necessary for the enforcement of this Act, such as confirmation of insured persons' eligibility or investigation of fraudulent claims (不正受給). <Amended by Act No. 10339, Jun. 4, 2010; Act No. 17873, Jan. 5, 2021>
이직한 사람은 종전의 사업주 또는 그 사업주로부터 보험 사무의 위임을 받아 보험 사무를 처리하는 보험사무대행기관에 실업급여를 지급받기 위하여 필요한 증명서의 교부를 청구할 수 있다. 이 경우 청구를 받은 사업주나 보험사무대행기관은 그 청구에 따른 증명서를 내주어야 한다. <개정 2020.5.26>
A person who has changed jobs may request the issuance of a certificate necessary for receiving unemployment benefits from the former employer or an insurance office agency institution that processes insurance matters based on the delegation of insurance matters from that employer.
