제112조 포상금의 지급

고용노동부장관은 이 법에 따른 고용안정ㆍ직업능력개발 사업의 지원ㆍ위탁 및 실업급여ㆍ육아휴직 급여 또는 출산전후휴가 급여등의 지원과 관련한 부정행위를 신고한 자에게 예산의 범위에서 포상금을 지급할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2012.2.1>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may, within the scope of the budget, grant rewards to persons who report fraudulent acts related to the support and consignment of employment stability and vocational ability development projects under this Act, and to the support of unemployment benefits, parental leave benefits, or maternity leave benefits. <Amended by Act No. 10354, Jun. 4, 2010; Act No. 11690, Feb. 2, 2012>
제1항에 따른 부정행위의 신고 및 포상금의 지급에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
Matters necessary for the reporting of fraudulent acts and the payment of rewards under paragraph ① shall be prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. <Amended by Act No. 10354, Jun. 4, 2010>
