제114조 시범사업의 실시

고용노동부장관은 보험사업을 효과적으로 시행하기 위하여 전면적인 시행에 어려움이 예상되거나 수행 방식 등을 미리 검증할 필요가 있는 경우 대통령령으로 정하는 보험사업은 시범사업을 할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may implement pilot projects for insurance projects designated by Presidential Decree, if it is anticipated that there will be difficulties in full-scale implementation or if it is necessary to verify the methods of execution in advance, in order to effectively implement the insurance projects. <Amended by Act No. 10354, Jun. 4, 2010>
고용노동부장관은 제1항에 따른 시범사업에 참여하는 사업주, 피보험자등 및 직업능력개발 훈련 시설 등에 재정ㆍ행정ㆍ기술이나 그 밖에 필요한 지원을 할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may provide financial, administrative, technical, or other necessary support to employers, insured persons, etc., and vocational ability development training facilities, etc., participating in pilot projects under paragraph ①. <Amended by Act No. 10354, Jun. 4, 2010>
제1항에 따른 시범사업의 대상자ㆍ실시지역ㆍ실시방법과 제2항에 따른 지원 내용 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 고용노동부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall determine and publicly announce the necessary matters concerning the target persons, implementation regions, and implementation methods of pilot projects under paragraph ①, and the support details under paragraph ②. <Amended by Act No. 10354, Jun. 4, 2010>
