제31조 직업능력개발의 촉진

고용노동부장관은 피보험자등의 직업능력 개발ㆍ향상을 촉진하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 사업을 실시하거나 이를 실시하는 자에게 그 사업의 실시에 필요한 비용을 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2010.5.31, 2010.6.4>
1. 직업능력개발 사업에 대한 기술지원 및 평가 사업
2. 자격검정 사업 및 「숙련기술장려법」 에 따른 숙련기술 장려 사업
3. 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 사업
The Minister of Employment and Labor may conduct the following businesses to promote the vocational skills development and improvement of insured persons, etc., or support those who conduct such businesses with the necessary costs for their implementation. <Amended by May 31, 2010, June 4, 2010> 1. Technical support and evaluation projects for vocational skills development projects 2. Qualification examination projects and promotion projects for skilled technology under the 「Skilled Technology Promotion Act」 3. Other projects as prescribed by Presidential Decree
고용노동부장관은 직업능력 개발ㆍ향상과 인력의 원활한 수급(需給)을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 고용노동부장관이 정하는 직종에 대한 직업능력개발 훈련 사업을 위탁하여 실시할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>
If the Minister of Employment and Labor deems it necessary for the development and improvement of vocational skills and the smooth supply and demand of manpower, he/she may entrust and conduct vocational skills development and training projects for occupations designated by the Minister of Employment and Labor, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by June 4, 2010>
