자영업자인 피보험자의 실업급여에 관하여는 제37조의2, 제38조, 제38조의2, 제42조, 제43조, 제43조의2, 제44조, 제47조부터 제49조까지, 제56조, 제57조, 제60조부터 제63조까지, 제65조부터 제68조까지를 준용한다. 이 경우 제42조제1항ㆍ제43조제3항 중 "이직"은 "폐업"으로 보고, 제43조제1항 중 "제40조제1항제1호부터 제3호까지ㆍ제5호 및 제6호"는 "제69조의3"으로 보며, 제63조제1항 중 "제46조"는 "제69조의5"로 보고, 제48조제1항 중 "제50조제1항"은 "제69조의6"으로 본다. <개정 2013.6.4, 2021.1.5, 2022.12.31>
With respect to unemployment benefits for insured persons who are self-employed, Articles 37-2, 38, 38-2, 42, 43, 43-2, 44, 47 through 49, 56, 57, 60 through 63, and 65 through 68 shall apply mutatis mutandis. In this case, "cessation of employment" in Article 42 (1) and Article 43 (3) shall be deemed "closure of business," "Articles 40 (1) (1) through (3), (5), and (6)" in Article 43 (1) shall be deemed "Article 69-3," "Article 46" in Article 63 (1) shall be deemed "Article 69-5," and "Article 50 (1)" in Article 48 (1) shall be deemed "Article 69-6." <Amended by Act No. 11872, Jun. 4, 2013; Act No. 17874, Jan. 5, 2021; Act No. 19142, Dec. 31, 2022>
자영업자인 피보험자의 취업촉진 수당(조기재취업 수당은 제외한다)에 관하여는 제57조제1항ㆍ제3항 및 제62조를 준용한다. 이 경우 제57조제1항 중 "수급자격자"는 "취업촉진 수당을 지급받을 수 있는 사람"으로 본다. <개정 2020.5.26>
With respect to employment promotion allowances (excluding early re-employment allowances) for insured persons who are self-employed, Article 57 (1) and (3), and Article 62 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
