이 법 및 고용산재보험료징수법(보험에 관한 사항만 해당한다)의 시행에 관한 주요 사항을 심의하기 위하여 고용노동부에 고용보험위원회(이하 이 조에서 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2021.1.5>
To deliberate on major matters concerning the implementation of this Act and the Employment Insurance and Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Premium Collection Act (limited to matters concerning insurance), an Employment Insurance Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Committee" in this Article) shall be established in the Ministry of Employment and Labor. <Amended by Act No. 10339, Jun. 4, 2010; Act No. 17907, Jan. 5, 2021>
위원회는 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의한다. <개정 2021.1.5>
1. 보험제도 및 보험사업의 개선에 관한 사항
2. 고용산재보험료징수법에 따른 보험료율의 결정에 관한 사항
3. 제11조의2에 따른 보험사업의 평가에 관한 사항
4. 제81조에 따른 기금운용 계획의 수립 및 기금의 운용 결과에 관한 사항
5. 그 밖에 위원장이 보험제도 및 보험사업과 관련하여 위원회의 심의가 필요하다고 인정하는 사항
The Committee shall deliberate on the following matters: <Amended by Act No. 17907, Jan. 5, 2021> 1. Matters concerning the improvement of the insurance system and insurance projects 2. Matters concerning the determination of insurance premium rates under the Employment Insurance and Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Premium Collection Act 3. Matters concerning the evaluation of insurance projects under Article 11-2 4. Matters concerning the establishment of the fund management plan and the results of fund management under Article 81 5. Other matters that the Chairperson deems necessary for the Committee to deliberate on in relation to the insurance system and insurance projects
위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 20명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.
The Committee shall be composed of not more than 20 members, including one Chairperson.
위원회의 위원장은 고용노동부차관이 되고, 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람 중에서 각각 같은 수(數)로 고용노동부장관이 임명하거나 위촉하는 사람이 된다. <개정 2010.6.4>
1. 근로자를 대표하는 사람
2. 사용자를 대표하는 사람
3. 공익을 대표하는 사람
4. 정부를 대표하는 사람
The Chairperson of the Committee shall be the Vice Minister of Employment and Labor, and the members shall be appointed or recommended by the Minister of Employment and Labor in equal numbers from among the following persons: <Amended by Act No. 10339, Jun. 4, 2010> 1. Persons representing workers 2. Persons representing employers 3. Persons representing public interest 4. Persons representing the government
위원회는 심의 사항을 사전에 검토ㆍ조정하기 위하여 위원회에 전문위원회를 둘 수 있다.
The Committee may establish specialized committees to review and adjust deliberation matters in advance.
위원회 및 전문위원회의 구성ㆍ운영과 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
The composition and operation of the Committee and specialized committees, and other necessary matters shall be determined by Presidential Decree.
