기금은 고용노동부장관이 관리ㆍ운용한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Fund shall be managed and operated by the Minister of Employment and Labor. <Amended by Act No. 10349, Jun. 4, 2010>
기금의 관리ㆍ운용에 관한 세부 사항은 「국가재정법」의 규정에 따른다.
Detailed matters concerning the management and operation of the Fund shall be governed by the provisions of the 「State Finance Act」.
고용노동부장관은 다음 각 호의 방법에 따라 기금을 관리ㆍ운용한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
1. 금융기관에의 예탁
2. 재정자금에의 예탁
3. 국가ㆍ지방자치단체 또는 금융기관에서 직접 발행하거나 채무이행을 보증하는 유가증권의 매입
4. 보험사업의 수행 또는 기금 증식을 위한 부동산의 취득 및 처분
5. 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 기금 증식 방법
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall manage and operate the Fund by the following methods: <Amended by Act No. 10349, Jun. 4, 2010> 1. Deposit with financial institutions. 2. Deposit with fiscal funds. 3. Purchase of securities directly issued by the State, local governments, or financial institutions, or guaranteed for performance of debt by them. 4. Acquisition and disposal of real estate for the performance of insurance business or the growth of the Fund. 5. Other methods for the growth of the Fund as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
고용노동부장관은 제1항에 따라 기금을 관리ㆍ운용할 때에는 그 수익이 대통령령으로 정하는 수준 이상 되도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
When managing and operating the Fund pursuant to paragraph ①, the Minister of Employment and Labor shall ensure that its return is at or above the level prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 10349, Jun. 4, 2010>
