이 법은 근로자를 사용하는 모든 사업 또는 사업장(이하 "사업"이라 한다)에 적용한다. 다만, 산업별 특성 및 규모 등을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 사업에 대해서는 적용하지 아니한다. <개정 2021.1.5>
This Act shall apply to all businesses or workplaces (hereinafter referred to as "businesses") that employ workers. However, this Act shall not apply to businesses prescribed by Presidential Decree, taking into consideration industrial characteristics, size, etc. <Amended by Act No. 17655, Jan. 5, 2021>
이 법은 제77조의2제1항에 따른 예술인 또는 제77조의6제1항에 따른 노무제공자의 노무를 제공받는 사업에 적용하되, 제1장, 제2장, 제4장, 제5장의2, 제5장의3, 제6장, 제8장 또는 제9장의 예술인 또는 노무제공자에 관한 규정을 각각 적용한다. <신설 2021.1.5, 2022.12.31>
This Act shall apply to businesses that receive labor from artists as referred to in Article 77-2 (1) or service providers as referred to in Article 77-6 (1); in such cases, the provisions concerning artists or service providers in Chapter 1, Chapter 2, Chapter 4, Chapter 5-2, Chapter 5-3, Chapter 6, Chapter 8, or Chapter 9 shall apply respectively. <Newly Inserted by Act No. 17655, Jan. 5, 2021; Act No. 19163, Dec. 31, 2022>
