사업주는 근로자의 취업을 지원하기 위하여 수유ㆍ탁아 등 육아에 필요한 어린이집(이하 "직장어린이집"이라 한다)을 설치하여야 한다. <개정 2011.6.7>
Employers shall install kindergartens necessary for childcare, such as nursing and day care, to support the employment of workers (hereinafter referred to as "workplace kindergartens"). <Amended on Jun. 7, 2011>
직장어린이집을 설치하여야 할 사업주의 범위 등 직장어린이집의 설치 및 운영에 관한 사항은 「영유아보육법」에 따른다. <개정 2011.6.7>
