제14조 외국환평형기금 채권의 원리금 상환

외국환평형기금 채권의 발행으로 인한 원리금은 「국가재정법」 제90조제6항에 따른 절차에 따라 일반회계 세계잉여금으로 상환할 수 있다.
Principal and interest resulting from the issuance of foreign exchange equalization fund bonds may be repaid from the general account surplus funds in accordance with the procedures prescribed by Article 90 (6) of the National Finance Act.
제1항에 따라 일반회계 세계잉여금으로 상환할 수 있는 금액은 외국환평형기금 채권의 이자에 그 이자 외의 외국환평형기금 운용손익을 더하거나 뺀 금액으로 한다.
The amount that may be repaid from the general account surplus funds pursuant to paragraph ① shall be the interest on the foreign exchange equalization fund bonds, plus or minus the profits or losses from the operation of the foreign exchange equalization fund other than such interest.
