사업의 규모 및 산업별 특성 등을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 사업 또는 사업장의 사용자는 임금체불에 대비하여 그가 고용하는 외국인근로자를 위한 보증보험에 가입하여야 한다.
Employers in businesses or at workplaces, as prescribed by Presidential Decree considering the scale of business and industry-specific characteristics, etc., shall subscribe to guarantee insurance for the foreign workers they employ, in preparation for wage arrears.
산업별 특성 등을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 사업 또는 사업장에서 취업하는 외국인근로자는 질병ㆍ사망 등에 대비한 상해보험에 가입하여야 한다.
Foreign workers employed in businesses or at workplaces, as prescribed by Presidential Decree considering industry-specific characteristics, etc., shall subscribe to accident insurance in preparation for illness, death, etc.
제1항 및 제2항에 따른 보증보험, 상해보험의 가입방법ㆍ내용ㆍ관리 및 지급 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the subscription method, contents, management, and payment of guarantee insurance and accident insurance under paragraphs ① and ② shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
