제5조 외국인근로자 도입계획의 공표 등

고용노동부장관은 제4조제2항 각 호의 사항이 포함된 외국인근로자 도입계획을 정책위원회의 심의ㆍ의결을 거쳐 수립하여 매년 3월 31일까지 대통령령으로 정하는 방법으로 공표하여야 한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall establish and publicly announce plans for the introduction of foreign workers, including the matters specified in each subparagraph of Article 4(2), by March 31 of each year, through methods prescribed by Presidential Decree, after deliberation and resolution by the Policy Committee. <Amended by Act No. 10337, Jun. 4, 2010>
고용노동부장관은 제1항에도 불구하고 국내의 실업증가 등 고용사정의 급격한 변동으로 인하여 제1항에 따른 외국인근로자 도입계획을 변경할 필요가 있을 때에는 정책위원회의 심의ㆍ의결을 거쳐 변경할 수 있다. 이 경우 공표의 방법에 관하여는 제1항을 준용한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
Notwithstanding paragraph (1), the Minister of Employment and Labor may, when it is necessary to change the plans for the introduction of foreign workers pursuant to paragraph (1) due to a rapid change in employment conditions, such as an increase in domestic unemployment, change such plans after deliberation and resolution by the Policy Committee. In this case, paragraph (1) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the methods of public announcement. <Amended by Act No. 10337, Jun. 4, 2010>
고용노동부장관은 필요한 경우 외국인근로자 관련 업무를 지원하기 위하여 조사ㆍ연구사업을 할 수 있으며, 이에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may, if necessary, conduct research and investigation projects to support work related to foreign workers, and matters necessary therefor shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 10337, Jun. 4, 2010>
