제6조 내국인 구인 노력

외국인근로자를 고용하려는 자는 「직업안정법」 제2조의2제1호에 따른 직업안정기관(이하 "직업안정기관"이라 한다)에 우선 내국인 구인 신청을 하여야 한다.
A person who intends to employ a foreign worker shall first apply for recruitment of Korean nationals at a public employment security agency pursuant to Article 2-2, Item 1 of the 「Employment Security Act」 (hereinafter referred to as 'public employment security agency').
직업안정기관의 장은 제1항에 따른 내국인 구인 신청을 받은 경우에는 사용자가 적절한 구인 조건을 제시할 수 있도록 상담ㆍ지원하여야 하며, 구인 조건을 갖춘 내국인이 우선적으로 채용될 수 있도록 직업소개를 적극적으로 하여야 한다.
Upon receiving an application for recruitment of Korean nationals under Paragraph ①, the head of the public employment security agency shall provide consultation and support to enable the employer to present appropriate recruitment conditions, and shall actively introduce job opportunities so that Korean nationals who meet the recruitment conditions can be preferentially employed.
