제12조의2 보건교육사자격증의 교부 등

보건복지부장관은 국민건강증진 및 보건교육에 관한 전문지식을 가진 자에게 보건교육사의 자격증을 교부할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
The Minister of Health and Welfare may issue a health educator certificate to a person who possesses specialized knowledge regarding the promotion of public health and health education. <Amended by Act No. 8863, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 9931, Jan. 18, 2010>
다음 각호의 1에 해당하는 자는 보건교육사가 될 수 없다. <개정 2005.3.31, 2014.3.18>
1. 피성년후견인
2. 삭제<2013.7.30>
3. 금고 이상의 실형의 선고를 받고 그 집행이 종료되지 아니하거나 그 집행을 받지 아니하기로 확정되지 아니한 자
4. 법률 또는 법원의 판결에 의하여 자격이 상실 또는 정지된 자
None of the following persons may become a health educator: <Amended by Act No. 7524, Mar. 31, 2005; Act No. 12527, Mar. 18, 2014> 1. A person under adult guardianship. 2. Deleted <by Act No. 11947, Jul. 30, 2013> 3. A person who has been sentenced to imprisonment without prison labor or a heavier punishment and whose execution has not been terminated or has not been finalized as not to be executed. 4. A person whose qualification has been forfeited or suspended by law or by court order.
제1항의 규정에 의한 보건교육사의 등급은 1급 내지 3급으로 하고, 등급별 자격기준 및 자격증의 교부절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
The grades of health educators under paragraph ① shall be Grade 1 to Grade 3, and matters necessary for the qualification standards by grade, procedures for issuing certificates, etc., shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
보건교육사 1급의 자격증을 교부받고자 하는 자는 국가시험에 합격하여야 한다.
A person who intends to be issued a Grade 1 health educator certificate shall pass a national examination.
보건복지부장관은 제1항의 규정에 의하여 보건교육사의 자격증을 교부하는 때에는 보건복지부령이 정하는 바에 의하여 수수료를 징수할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
When the Minister of Health and Welfare issues a health educator certificate under paragraph ①, he/she may collect a fee in accordance with the matters prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. <Amended by Act No. 8863, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 9931, Jan. 18, 2010>
제1항에 따라 자격증을 교부받은 사람은 다른 사람에게 그 자격증을 빌려주어서는 아니 되고, 누구든지 그 자격증을 빌려서는 아니 된다. <신설 2020.4.7>

누구든지 제6항에 따라 금지된 행위를 알선하여서는 아니 된다. <신설 2020.4.7>
