제12조의3 국가시험

제12조의2제4항의 규정에 의한 국가시험은 보건복지부장관이 시행한다. 다만, 보건복지부장관은 국가시험의 관리를 대통령령이 정하는 바에 의하여 「한국보건의료인국가시험원법」에 따른 한국보건의료인국가시험원에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18, 2015.6.22>
The national examination referred to in Article 12-2, Paragraph 4 shall be administered by the Minister of Health and Welfare. Provided, however, that the Minister of Health and Welfare may entrust the management of the national examination to the Korea Health and Medical Personnel Licensing Examination Institute established under the 「Korea Health and Medical Personnel Licensing Examination Institute Act」, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 9443, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 9931, Jan. 18, 2010; Act No. 13378, Jun. 22, 2015>
보건복지부장관은 제1항 단서의 규정에 의하여 국가시험의 관리를 위탁한 때에는 그에 소요되는 비용을 예산의 범위안에서 보조할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
If the Minister of Health and Welfare entrusts the management of the national examination under the proviso to Paragraph 1, the Minister may subsidize the expenses incurred for such management within the scope of the budget. <Amended by Act No. 9443, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 9931, Jan. 18, 2010>
보건복지부장관(제1항 단서의 규정에 의하여 국가시험의 관리를 위탁받은 기관을 포함한다)은 보건복지부령이 정하는 금액을 응시수수료로 징수할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
The Minister of Health and Welfare (including the institution entrusted with the management of the national examination under the proviso to Paragraph 1) may collect an examination fee in an amount prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. <Amended by Act No. 9443, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 9931, Jan. 18, 2010>
시험과목ㆍ응시자격 등 자격시험의 실시에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the implementation of the qualifying examination, such as examination subjects and eligibility requirements, shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
