시ㆍ도지사는 실행계획의 수립 및 제19조에 따른 건강증진사업의 효율적인 업무 수행을 지원하기 위하여 시ㆍ도건강증진사업지원단(이하 "지원단"이라 한다)을 설치ㆍ운영할 수 있다.
The Mayor/Governor may establish and operate a City/Provincial Health Promotion Business Support Group (hereinafter referred to as the "Support Group") to support the establishment of the implementation plan and the efficient performance of health promotion business pursuant to Article 19.
시ㆍ도지사는 제1항에 따른 지원단 운영을 건강증진사업에 관한 전문성이 있다고 인정하는 법인 또는 단체에 위탁할 수 있다. 이 경우 시ㆍ도지사는 그 운영에 필요한 경비의 전부 또는 일부를 지원할 수 있다.
The Mayor/Governor may entrust the operation of the Support Group under paragraph ① to a corporation or organization recognized as having expertise in health promotion business. In this case, the Mayor/Governor may support all or part of the necessary expenses for its operation.
제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 지원단의 설치ㆍ운영 및 위탁 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the establishment, operation, and entrustment, etc., of the Support Group, other than those prescribed in paragraphs ① and ②, shall be determined by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
