제22조 기금의 설치 등

보건복지부장관은 국민건강증진사업의 원활한 추진에 필요한 재원을 확보하기 위하여 국민건강증진기금(이하 "기금"이라 한다)을 설치한다. <개정 1997.12.13, 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
The Minister of Health and Welfare shall establish the National Health Promotion Fund (hereinafter referred to as the "Fund") to secure the financial resources necessary for the smooth promotion of national health promotion projects. <Amended by Act No. 5479, Dec. 13, 1997, Act No. 8852, Feb. 29, 2008, Act No. 9931, Jan. 18, 2010>
기금은 다음 각호의 재원으로 조성한다. <신설 2002.1.19>
