제25조 기금의 사용 등

기금은 다음 각호의 사업에 사용한다. <개정 2004.12.30, 2016.3.2, 2019.12.3, 2025.3.18>
1. 금연교육 및 광고, 흡연피해 예방 및 흡연피해자 지원, 절주교육 및 광고, 음주폐해 예방 등 국민건강관리사업
2. 건강생활의 지원사업
3. 보건교육 및 그 자료의 개발
4. 보건통계의 작성ㆍ보급과 보건의료관련 조사ㆍ연구 및 개발에 관한 사업
5. 질병의 예방ㆍ검진ㆍ관리 및 암의 치료를 위한 사업
6. 국민영양관리사업
7. 신체활동장려사업
8. 구강건강관리사업
9. 시ㆍ도지사 및 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 행하는 건강증진사업
10. 공공보건의료 및 건강증진을 위한 시설ㆍ장비의 확충
11. 기금의 관리ㆍ운용에 필요한 경비
12. 그 밖에 국민건강증진사업에 소요되는 경비로서 대통령령이 정하는 사업
The fund shall be used for the following projects: <Amended by Act No. 7317, Dec. 30, 2004; Act No. 13975, Mar. 2, 2016; Act No. 16843, Dec. 3, 2019; Act No. XXXX, Mar. 18, 2025> 1. Public health management projects such as smoking cessation education and advertising, prevention of smoking-related damages and support for victims of smoking-related damages, alcohol moderation education and advertising, and prevention of alcohol-related harms; 2. Support projects for healthy living; 3. Health education and development of related materials; 4. Projects related to the compilation and dissemination of health statistics and health and medical surveys, research, and development; 5. Projects for the prevention, screening, management of diseases, and treatment of cancer; 6. Public nutrition management projects; 7. Projects to promote physical activity; 8. Oral health management projects; 9. Health promotion projects carried out by metropolitan mayors, provincial governors, mayors, county governors, and district heads; 10. Expansion of facilities and equipment for public health and medical care and health promotion; 11. Expenses necessary for the management and operation of the fund; 12. Other projects for which expenses are incurred for public health promotion projects, as determined by Presidential Decree.
보건복지부장관은 기금을 제1항 각호의 사업에 사용함에 있어서 아동ㆍ청소년ㆍ여성ㆍ노인ㆍ장애인 등에 대하여 특별히 배려ㆍ지원할 수 있다. <신설 2004.12.30, 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18, 2011.6.7>

보건복지부장관은 기금을 제1항 각호의 사업에 사용함에 있어서 필요한 경우에는 보조금으로 교부할 수 있다. <개정 1997.12.13, 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
