보건복지부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 및 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 필요하다고 인정하는 때에는 제7조제1항, 제8조제4항, 제8조의2, 제9조제2항부터 제4항까지, 제9조의2, 제9조의4 또는 제23조제1항의 규정에 해당하는 자에 대하여 당해업무에 관한 보고를 명하거나 관계공무원으로 하여금 그의 사업소 또는 사업장에 출입하여 장부ㆍ서류 기타의 물건을 검사하게 할 수 있다. <개정 1997.12.13, 1999.2.8, 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18, 2011.6.7, 2020.12.29>
The Minister of Health and Welfare, the Mayor/Governor of a Metropolitan City/Province, and the Mayor/County Governor/Head of a District (hereinafter referred to as “the Mayor/Governor/Head of a District”) may, when deemed necessary, order persons falling under Article 7 (1), Article 8 (4), Article 8-2, Article 9 (2) through (4), Article 9-2, Article 9-4, or Article 23 (1) to report on the relevant business, or may have relevant public officials enter their business offices or places of business to inspect books, documents, or other items. <Amended by Act No. 5274, Dec. 13, 1997; Act No. 5719, Feb. 8, 1999; Act No. 8852, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 9931, Jan. 18, 2010; Act No. 10786, Jun. 7, 2011; Act No. 17814, Dec. 29, 2020>
제1항의 규정에 의하여 검사를 하는 공무원은 그 권한을 나타내는 증표를 관계인에게 내보여야 한다.
Public officials conducting inspections under paragraph (1) shall present credentials indicating their authority to the related persons.
