이 법에 따른 보건복지부장관의 권한은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 시ㆍ도지사에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 1997.12.13, 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
The authority of the Minister of Health and Welfare under this Act may be delegated in part to the heads of provincial governments, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 5471, Dec. 13, 1997, Act No. 8852, Feb. 29, 2008, Act No. 9931, Jan. 18, 2010>
보건복지부장관은 이 법에 따른 업무의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 건강증진사업을 행하는 법인 또는 단체에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 1997.12.13, 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18, 2023.3.28>
