①
지방자치단체의 장은 건강증진사업에 소요되는 경비중 일부에 대하여 그 이용자로부터 조례가 정하는 바에 의하여 수수료를 징수할 수 있다.
The head of a local government may collect fees from users for a portion of the expenses incurred for health promotion projects, as prescribed by an ordinance.
②
제1항의 규정에 의하여 수수료를 징수하는 경우 지방자치단체의 장은 노인, 장애인, 생활보호법에 의한 생활보호대상자등에 대하여 수수료를 감면하여야 한다.
When collecting fees pursuant to paragraph ①, the head of a local government shall reduce or exempt fees for the elderly, persons with disabilities, beneficiaries of livelihood protection under the Livelihood Protection Act, and others.
