보건복지부장관 또는 질병관리청장은 제16조에 따른 국민건강영양조사, 그 밖에 이 법에 따른 국민건강증진 관련 통계 작성 및 조사ㆍ연구 등에 연계ㆍ활용함으로써 근거 기반의 국민건강정책 수립을 위하여 「국민건강보험법」에 따른 국민건강보험공단 및 건강보험심사평가원, 「암관리법」에 따른 국립암센터, 그 밖의 관계 행정기관, 법인ㆍ단체 등에 대하여 필요한 자료의 제공을 요청할 수 있다.
The Minister of Health and Welfare or the Commissioner of the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency may request the provision of necessary data from the National Health Insurance Service and the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service under the 「National Health Insurance Act」, the National Cancer Center under the 「Act on Cancer Control」, other relevant administrative agencies, corporations, and organizations, etc., in order to establish evidence-based national health policies by linking and utilizing the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey under Article 16, and other statistics, surveys, and research related to the promotion of national health under this Act.
제1항에 따른 자료의 제공을 요청받은 기관 또는 법인ㆍ단체 등의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 그 요청에 따라야 한다.
The head of an agency or corporation, organization, etc., who receives a request for the provision of data under paragraph ① shall comply with the request unless there is a special reason.
보건복지부장관 또는 질병관리청장은 제1항에 따른 자료를 목적에 필요한 최소한의 범위에서 요청하여야 하며, 제공받은 자료는 목적 외에 다른 용도로 사용하여서는 아니 된다.
The Minister of Health and Welfare or the Commissioner of the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency shall request data under paragraph ① within the minimum scope necessary for the purpose, and shall not use the provided data for purposes other than the intended purpose.
