보건복지부장관, 관계중앙행정기관의 장, 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사ㆍ특별자치도지사(이하 "시ㆍ도지사"라 한다) 및 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(자치구의 구청장에 한한다. 이하 같다)은 종합계획을 기초로 하여 소관 주요시책의 실행계획(이하 "실행계획"이라 한다)을 매년 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18, 2017.12.30>
The Minister of Health and Welfare, the heads of related central administrative agencies, the Special Mayor, Metropolitan Mayors, Special City Mayors, Governors, or Provincial Governors (hereinafter referred to as "Mayors/Governors") and the Mayors, County Governors, or District Heads (limited to District Heads of autonomous districts. The same applies hereinafter) shall establish and implement an implementation plan (hereinafter referred to as "implementation plan") for major policies under their jurisdiction based on the comprehensive plan every year. <Amended by Act No. 9421, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 9931, Jan. 18, 2010; Act No. 15217, Dec. 30, 2017>
국가는 실행계획의 시행에 필요한 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 지방자치단체에 보조할 수 있다.
