제4조의3 계획수립의 협조

보건복지부장관, 관계중앙행정기관의 장, 시ㆍ도지사 및 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 종합계획과 실행계획의 수립ㆍ시행을 위하여 필요한 때에는 관계 기관ㆍ단체 등에 대하여 자료 제공 등의 협조를 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
The Minister of Health and Welfare, the heads of relevant central administrative agencies, the mayors and governors of provinces, and the heads of cities, counties, and districts may request cooperation, such as the provision of data, from relevant agencies and organizations when necessary for the formulation and implementation of comprehensive plans and action plans. <Amended by Act No. 8852, Feb. 29. 2008; Act No. 9931, Jan. 18. 2010>
제1항의 규정에 따른 협조요청을 받은 관계 기관ㆍ단체 등은 특별한 사유가 없는 한 이에 응하여야 한다.
Relevant agencies and organizations that receive a request for cooperation under paragraph ① shall respond to it unless there is a special reason not to.
