보건복지부장관은 건강친화 환경의 조성을 촉진하기 위하여 건강친화제도를 모범적으로 운영하고 있는 기업에 대하여 건강친화인증(이하 "인증"이라 한다)을 할 수 있다.
The Minister of Health and Welfare may grant health-friendly certification (hereinafter referred to as "certification") to enterprises that are exemplary in operating health-friendly systems, in order to promote the creation of a health-friendly environment.
인증을 받고자 하는 자는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 보건복지부장관에게 신청하여야 한다.
Any person who intends to receive certification shall apply to the Minister of Health and Welfare as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
인증을 받은 기업은 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 인증의 표시를 할 수 있다.
Enterprises that have received certification may display the certification mark as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
인증을 받지 아니한 기업은 인증표시 또는 이와 유사한 표시를 하여서는 아니 된다.
Enterprises that have not received certification shall not display the certification mark or a similar mark.
국가 및 지방자치단체는 인증을 받은 기업에 대하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 행정적ㆍ재정적 지원을 할 수 있다.
The State and local governments may provide administrative and financial support to enterprises that have received certification, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
인증의 기준 및 절차는 대통령령으로 정한다.
The standards and procedures for certification shall be determined by Presidential Decree.
