제7조 광고의 금지 등

보건복지부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 국민건강의식을 잘못 이끄는 광고를 한 자에 대하여 그 내용의 변경 등 시정을 요구하거나 금지를 명할 수 있다. <개정 1997.12.13, 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18, 2016.12.2, 2024.1.30>
The Minister of Health and Welfare or the Mayor/Governor may demand the correction, such as changing the content, of an advertisement that misleads public health awareness, or order the prohibition thereof. <Amended by Act No. 5447, Dec. 13, 1997, Act No. 8863, Feb. 29, 2008, Act No. 9931, Jan. 18, 2010, Act No. 14420, Dec. 2, 2016, Act No. 19078, Jan. 30, 2024>
제1항에 따라 보건복지부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사가 광고내용의 변경 또는 광고의 금지를 명할 수 있는 광고는 다음 각 호와 같다. <신설 2006.9.27, 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18, 2024.1.30>
1. 삭제<2020.12.29>
2. 의학 또는 과학적으로 검증되지 아니한 건강비법 또는 심령술의 광고
3. 그 밖에 건강에 관한 잘못된 정보를 전하는 광고로서 대통령령이 정하는 광고
Advertisements for which the Minister of Health and Welfare or the Mayor/Governor may order changes in content or prohibition of advertisement pursuant to paragraph ① are as follows. <Newly Inserted by Act No. 9931, Jan. 18, 2010, Amended by Act No. 8863, Feb. 29, 2008, Act No. 10740, Sep. 27, 2006, Act No. 19078, Jan. 30, 2024> 1. Advertisements that otherwise convey false information regarding health, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

제1항의 규정에 의한 광고내용의 기준, 변경 또는 금지절차 기타 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2006.9.27>
