Article 6 (Scope and Method of Providing Information That May Be Requested)

제6조 요청할 수 있는 정보의 범위 및 제공방법

①

제5조제1호 또는 제5호에 해당하는 자는 법 제3조의6제3항에 따라 확정일자부여기관에 해당 임대차계약(제5조제5호에 해당하는 자의 경우에는 갱신요구가 거절되지 않았더라면 갱신되었을 기간 중에 존속하는 임대차계약을 말한다)에 관한 다음 각 호의 사항의 열람 또는 그 내용을 기록한 서면의 교부를 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2020.9.29>

  2. 2. 임대인ㆍ임차인의 인적사항(제5조제5호에 해당하는 자는 임대인ㆍ임차인의 성명, 법인명 또는 단체명으로 한정한다)

A person falling under Article 5, Subparagraph 1 or 5 may request, pursuant to Article 3-6, Paragraph 3 of the Act, the inspection of the following matters concerning the lease agreement (in the case of a person falling under Article 5, Subparagraph 5, it refers to a lease agreement that continues during the period it would have been renewed had the request for renewal not been refused) from the confirmed date granting institution, or the delivery of documents recording the contents thereof. <Amended by Presidential Decree No. 31071, Sep. 29, 2020> 1. 제5조제2호부터 제4호까지 또는 제6호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자이거나 임대차계약을 체결하려는 자는 법 제3조의6제3항 또는 제4항에 따라 확정일자부여기관에 다음 각 호의 사항의 열람 또는 그 내용을 기록한 서면의 교부를 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2020.9.29>

제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 정보제공 요청에 필요한 사항은 법무부령으로 정한다.

Matters necessary for requesting the provision of information, other than those prescribed in Paragraphs 1 and 2, shall be determined by a decree of the Minister of Justice.
