제1조의4(출국금지기간) 법 제4조제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 출국금지기간을 계산할 때에는 그 기간이 일(日) 단위이면 첫날은 시간을 계산하지 않고 1일로 산정하고, 월(月) 단위이면 달력에 따라 계산한다. 이 경우 기간의 마지막 날이 공휴일 또는 토요일이더라도 그 기간에 산입(算入)한다. <개정 2020.8.5>

① When calculating the period of prohibition of departure pursuant to Article 4(1) or (2) of the Act, if the period is in units of days, the first day shall be counted as one day without calculating the hours, and if the period is in units of months, it shall be calculated according to the calendar. In this case, even if the last day of the period is a public holiday or a Saturday, it shall be included in the period. <Amended on August 5, 2020>
