Article 107 (Temporary Payment of Penalty Surcharge)
제107조 범칙금의 임시납부

법 제102조제2항에 따라 범칙금을 임시납부하려는 사람은 청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장에게 임시납부 신청서를 제출하고 해당 범칙금을 내야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8>
A person who wishes to temporarily pay the penalty surcharge in accordance with Article 102 (2) of the Act shall submit an application for temporary payment to the Commissioner, the head of the office, the head of the branch office, or the head of the shelter and pay the corresponding penalty surcharge.
청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장은 제1항에 따라 임시납부된 범칙금을 받은 때에는 지체 없이 범칙금 임시보관대장에 적고 임시납부금 수령증을 그 납부자에게 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8>
When the Commissioner, the head of the office, the head of the branch office, or the head of the shelter receives a penalty surcharge paid temporarily in accordance with paragraph ①, they shall immediately record it in the penalty surcharge temporary deposit ledger and issue a receipt for the temporary payment to the payer.
청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장은 제2항에 따라 임시납부받은 범칙금을 수납기관에 내야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8>
The Commissioner, the head of the office, the head of the branch office, or the head of the shelter shall pay the penalty surcharge received temporarily in accordance with paragraph ② to the collecting agency.
