Article 18-2 (Multiple Landing Permits for Crew Members)
제18조의2 승무원의 복수상륙허가

출입국관리공무원은 대한민국에 정기적으로 운항하거나 자주 출ㆍ입항하는 선박등의 외국인승무원에 대하여 법 제14조제1항에 따라 승무원 상륙을 허가할 때에는 유효기간 범위에서 승무원이 2회 이상 상륙할 수 있는 복수상륙허가를 할 수 있다.
Immigration Control Officers may, when granting permission for crew members to land pursuant to Article 14 (1) of the Act for foreign crew members of vessels, etc. that regularly operate to or frequently call at the Republic of Korea, grant a multiple landing permit allowing crew members to land two or more times within the validity period.
출입국관리공무원은 제1항에 따른 허가를 할 때에는 유효기간이 1년이고 상륙허가기간이 15일 이내인 승무원 복수상륙허가서를 발급하여야 한다.
When granting permission under paragraph ①, Immigration Control Officers shall issue a crew multiple landing permit with a validity period of one year and a landing permit period within 15 days.
제1항에 따른 승무원 복수상륙허가에 관한 구체적인 기준은 법무부장관이 따로 정한다.
Specific standards regarding crew multiple landing permits under paragraph ① shall be separately determined by the Minister of Justice.
제1항의 경우에는 제18조제1항을 준용한다.
In the case of paragraph ①, Article 18 (1) shall apply mutatis mutandis.
