제2조의2 출국금지기간 연장 절차

법무부장관은 법 제4조의2제1항에 따라 출국금지기간을 연장하려면 법 제4조제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 출국금지기간 내에서 그 기간을 정하여 연장하여야 한다. 이 경우 법무부장관은 관계 기관의 장에게 의견을 묻거나 관련 자료를 제출하도록 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2012.1.13>
When the Minister of Justice intends to extend the travel ban period pursuant to Article 4-2 (1) of the Act, he/she shall determine and extend the period within the travel ban period under Article 4 (1) or (2) of the Act. In such cases, the Minister of Justice may consult with the heads of related agencies or request the submission of relevant data. <Amended by Act No. 11220, Jan. 13, 2012>
제2조제2항에 따라 출국금지를 요청한 중앙행정기관의 장 및 법무부장관이 정하는 관계 기관의 장(이하 "출국금지 요청기관의 장"이라 한다)은 법 제4조의2제2항에 따라 출국금지기간 연장을 요청하는 경우에는 출국금지기간 연장요청 사유와 출국금지기간 연장예정기간 등을 적은 출국금지기간 연장요청서에 법무부령으로 정하는 서류를 첨부하여 법무부장관에게 보내야 한다. <개정 2012.1.13>
The head of the central administrative agency that requested the travel ban pursuant to Article 2 (2) and the heads of related agencies designated by the Minister of Justice (hereinafter referred to as "heads of travel ban requesting agencies") shall send a travel ban extension request form, stating the reasons for the extension request and the planned extension period, along with documents prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice, to the Minister of Justice when requesting an extension of the travel ban period pursuant to Article 4-2 (2) of the Act. <Amended by Act No. 11220, Jan. 13, 2012>
제2항에 따른 출국금지기간 연장예정기간은 법 제4조제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 출국금지기간을 초과할 수 없다. <개정 2012.1.13>
