제5조(출국금지자의 자료관리) 법무부장관은 법 제4조에 따라 출국을 금지하기로 결정한 사람과 법 제4조의6에 따라 긴급출국금지를 하거나 긴급출국금지 승인을 한 사람에 대해서는 지체 없이 정보화업무처리 절차에 따라 그 자료를 관리하여야 한다. 출국금지나 긴급출국금지를 해제한 때에도 또한 같다. <개정 2012.1.13>

Translation

The Minister of Justice shall, without delay, manage the data of persons for whom departure has been prohibited pursuant to Article 4 of this Act, or persons for whom emergency departure prohibition has been imposed or approved pursuant to Article 4-6 of this Act, in accordance with the information processing procedures. The same shall apply when departure prohibition or emergency departure prohibition has been lifted. <Amended by Act No. 11199, Jan. 13, 2012>
