제51조 전문인력의 양성 등

법무부장관은 법 제39조제3항에 따라 사회통합 프로그램 시행에 필요한 전문인력을 양성하기 위하여 다문화사회 전문가 등 전문인력 양성과정을 개설ㆍ운영한다.
The Minister of Justice shall establish and operate training courses for professional personnel, such as multicultural society specialists, to train the professional personnel necessary for the implementation of the social integration program pursuant to Article 39(3) of this Act.
법무부장관은 전문인력의 자질 향상을 위하여 필요한 경우 보수교육을 실시할 수 있다.
The Minister of Justice may conduct in-service training to improve the qualifications of professional personnel when deemed necessary.
법무부장관은 전문인력의 효율적인 양성을 위하여 「고등교육법」 제2조제1호부터 제6호까지의 규정에 따른 대학이나 사회통합 프로그램 관련 분야에 전문성을 갖춘 기관, 법인 또는 단체에 제1항의 전문인력 양성과정이나 제2항의 보수교육을 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2015.6.15>
The Minister of Justice may entrust the training courses for professional personnel referred to in paragraph (1) or the in-service training referred to in paragraph (2) to universities referred to in Articles 2(1) through 2(6) of the Higher Education Act, or to institutions, corporations, or organizations with expertise in fields related to the social integration program. <Amended by June 15, 2015>
제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 전문인력의 양성에 필요한 사항은 법무부장관이 정한다.
Matters necessary for the training of professional personnel, other than those prescribed in paragraphs (1) through (3), shall be determined by the Minister of Justice.
