보호명령서에 따라 보호된 사람이나 그의 법정대리인등(법 제54조제1항 본문에 따른 법정대리인등을 말한다. 이하 같다)은 법 제55조제1항(법 제63조제5항 및 제63조의3제2항에 따라 준용되는 경우를 포함한다)에 따라 보호에 대한 심사를 청구하려는 경우에는 법무부령으로 정하는 심사청구서에 보호에 대한 이의 사유를 소명하는 자료를 첨부하여 청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장에게 제출해야 한다.

A person protected under a protection order or their legal representative, etc. (referring to a legal representative, etc. pursuant to the main clause of Article 54, Paragraph 1 of the Act. Hereinafter the same shall apply) who intends to request a review of protection pursuant to Article 55, Paragraph 1 of the Act (including cases where applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 63, Paragraph 5 and Article 63-3, Paragraph 2 of the Act) shall submit a request for review form prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice, with documents explaining the grounds for objection to protection attached, to the head of the Immigration Office, the head of an office, the head of a branch office, or the head of a detention center.

제1항에 따라 심사청구서를 제출받은 청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장은 심사청구서에 그에 대한 의견서를 첨부하여 지체 없이 법 제66조의4에 따른 외국인보호위원회(이하 "외국인보호위원회"라 한다)에 보내야 한다.

Upon receiving the request for review form pursuant to Paragraph ①, the head of the Immigration Office, the head of an office, the head of a branch office, or the head of a detention center shall, attaching an opinion on the request for review, promptly send it to the Committee for the Protection of Foreigners pursuant to Article 66-4 of the Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee for the Protection of Foreigners”).

청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장은 보호명령서에 따라 보호된 사람이 법 제66조의3제1호ㆍ제3호 또는 제5호에 따라 보호에 대해 구술 또는 서면으로 의견을 진술한 경우에는 그 의견을 제2항에 따라 외국인보호위원회에 심사청구서를 보낼 때 함께 보내야 한다.

If a person protected under a protection order has stated an opinion orally or in writing regarding protection pursuant to Article 66-3, Subparagraph 1, 3, or 5 of the Act, the head of the Immigration Office, the head of an office, the head of a branch office, or the head of a detention center shall send such opinion together when sending the request for review form to the Committee for the Protection of Foreigners pursuant to Paragraph ②.
