제7조의2 온라인에 의한 사증발급 신청 등

법무부장관은 법 제7조제1항에 따른 사증 또는 법 제9조제1항에 따른 사증발급인정서(이하 "사증등"이라 한다)의 온라인 발급 신청 등을 위하여 정보통신망을 설치ㆍ운영할 수 있다.
The Minister of Justice may install and operate an information and communication network for online applications for visas under Article 7(1) or certificates of visa issuance acknowledgment under Article 9(1) (hereinafter referred to as "visas, etc.").
제1항에 따른 정보통신망을 통하여 사증등의 발급을 신청하려는 사람은 신청서와 법무부령으로 정하는 서류를 온라인으로 제출할 수 있다.
A person who intends to apply for the issuance of visas, etc. through the information and communication network under paragraph ① may submit the application form and documents prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice online.
제2항에 따라 정보통신망을 통하여 사증등의 발급을 신청하려는 사람은 미리 사용자 등록을 하여야 한다.
A person who intends to apply for the issuance of visas, etc. through the information and communication network under paragraph ② shall register as a user in advance.
법무부장관은 법무부령으로 정하는 외국인이 제2항에 따라 온라인으로 법 제7조제1항에 따른 사증의 발급을 신청한 경우에는 그 외국인에게 온라인으로 사증을 발급할 수 있다. <신설 2012.10.15>
