법무부장관은 구성원의 수가 일정 인원 이상에 해당하는 등 법무부장관이 정하는 요건을 갖춘 단체여행객이 제7조의2제1항에 따른 정보통신망을 통하여 사증 발급을 신청하는 경우 전자사증을 발급할 수 있다.

The Minister of Justice may issue an electronic visa to a group traveler who meets the requirements prescribed by the Minister of Justice, such as having a certain number of members or more, when applying for a visa through the information and communication network as prescribed in Article 7-2, Paragraph 1.

단체여행객 유치 실적, 업체규모 등 법무부장관이 정하는 요건을 갖춘 법인ㆍ단체 등은 제1항에 따라 단체여행객에 대하여 발급하는 전자사증(이하 "단체전자사증"이라 한다) 신청업무를 대행할 수 있다.

Corporations and organizations that meet the requirements prescribed by the Minister of Justice, such as their track record in attracting group travelers and their size, may act as an agent for the application of electronic visas issued to group travelers under Paragraph 1 (hereinafter referred to as "group electronic visas").

법무부장관은 제2항에 따라 단체전자사증 신청업무를 대행할 수 있는 법인ㆍ단체 및 그 업무범위 등을 인터넷 홈페이지 등을 통하여 공개하여야 한다.
