제71조 외국인의 일시보호

출입국관리공무원은 법 제56조제1항에 따라 외국인을 일시보호할 때에는 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장으로부터 일시보호명령서를 발급받아 그 외국인에게 보여 주어야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8>
When immigration control officials temporarily protect an alien pursuant to Article 56(1) of the Act, they shall receive a temporary protection order issued by the Commissioner, Director of the Office, or Chief of the Branch Office and show it to the alien. <Amended by Act No. 15558, May 8, 2018>
제1항에 따른 일시보호명령서에는 일시보호의 사유, 보호장소 및 보호시간 등을 적어야 한다.
The temporary protection order under Paragraph ① shall state the reason for temporary protection, the place of protection, the duration of protection, etc.
출입국관리공무원은 법 제56조제2항에 따라 일시보호기간을 연장할 때에는 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장으로부터 연장기간, 연장 사유 및 적용 법조문 등을 적은 일시보호기간 연장허가서를 발급받아 그 외국인에게 보여 주어야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8>
When immigration control officials extend the period of temporary protection pursuant to Article 56(2) of the Act, they shall receive a temporary protection period extension permit, stating the period of extension, the reason for extension, and the applicable legal provisions, etc., issued by the Commissioner, Director of the Office, or Chief of the Branch Office and show it to the alien. <Amended by Act No. 15558, May 8, 2018>
