제8조 국제친선 등을 위한 입국허가

법 제7조제2항제3호에 따라 사증 없이 입국할 수 있는 외국인은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람으로 한다.
1. 외국정부 또는 국제기구의 업무를 수행하는 사람으로서 부득이한 사유로 사증을 가지지 아니하고 입국하려는 사람
2. 법무부령으로 정하는 기간 내에 대한민국을 관광하거나 통과할 목적으로 입국하려는 사람
3. 그 밖에 법무부장관이 대한민국의 이익 등을 위하여 입국이 필요하다고 인정하는 사람
Aliens who may enter without a visa pursuant to Article 7(2) subparagraph 3 shall be any of the following persons: 1. Persons performing duties for a foreign government or international organization who intend to enter without a visa due to unavoidable reasons. 2. Persons intending to enter the Republic of Korea for tourism or transit within the period prescribed by a Decree of the Minister of Justice. 3. Other persons whom the Minister of Justice deems it necessary to enter for the benefit of the Republic of Korea, etc.
법 제7조제2항제3호에 따라 사증 없이 입국할 수 있는 외국인의 입국허가 절차는 법무부령으로 정한다.
The procedures for granting entry permits to aliens who may enter without a visa pursuant to Article 7(2) subparagraph 3 shall be prescribed by a Decree of the Minister of Justice.
법 제7조제2항제3호에 따라 사증 없이 입국할 수 있는 외국인의 구체적인 범위는 법무부장관이 국가와 사회의 안전 또는 외국인의 체류질서를 고려하여 따로 정한다.
