제80조의10 원격영상회의 및 의결정족수 등

외국인보호위원회의 회의는 위원과 당사자, 그 밖의 관계인 등 회의에 출석하는 사람이 동영상과 음성이 동시에 송수신되는 장치가 갖추어진 서로 다른 장소에 출석하여 진행하는 원격영상회의 방식으로 할 수 있다. 이 경우 위원 및 회의 출석자는 같은 회의장에 출석한 것으로 본다.
Meetings of the Foreigner Protection Committee may be conducted by remote video conference, where attendees such as committee members, parties, and other interested persons are present in different locations equipped with devices that transmit and receive video and audio simultaneously. In this case, committee members and meeting attendees shall be deemed to be present in the same conference room.
법 제66조의6제2항제1호 및 제2호에 해당하는 공무원인 위원(법 제66조의6제4항에 따른 상임위원은 제외한다)이 부득이한 사유로 외국인보호위원회의 회의에 출석할 수 없는 경우에는 그 바로 하위 직위에 있는 공무원이 대리로 출석하여 그 직무를 대행할 수 있다.
If a committee member who is a public official falling under subparagraphs 1 and 2 of Article 66-6(2) of the Act (excluding standing committee members pursuant to Article 66-6(4) of the Act) cannot attend a meeting of the Foreigner Protection Committee due to unavoidable reasons, a public official in the immediately subordinate position may attend as a proxy and perform the duties.
법 제66조의13제2항 전단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 경우"란 다음 각 호의 경우를 말한다.
1. 「행정기관의 소속 위원회의 설치ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 시행령」 제5조제2항 각 호에 해당하는 경우
2. 외국인보호위원회의 심의 등을 미리 거쳐 의결만 필요한 경우
The "cases prescribed by Presidential Decree" in the first half of Article 66-13(2) of the Act refer to the following cases: 1. Cases falling under each subparagraph of Article 5(2) of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Committees Affiliated with Administrative Agencies. 2. Cases where only a resolution is required after deliberation, etc., of the Foreigner Protection Committee has been conducted in advance.
