법무부장관은 법 제76조의8에 따라 다음 각 호의 사무를 체류지 관할 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장에게 대행하게 한다. <개정 2018.5.8, 2022.8.16>

1. 제88조의6제1항 및 제88조의7제2항에 따른 난민여행증명서의 발급ㆍ재발급 신청의 접수
2. 신청인의 신원 확인 등 심사
3. 난민여행증명서의 제작
4. 제88조의6제2항 및 제88조의7제4항에 따른 난민여행증명서의 발급ㆍ재발급 및 교부
5. 법 제87조에 따른 수수료의 징수
6. 그 밖에 법무부장관이 난민여행증명서의 발급 및 재발급과 관련하여 대행하게 할 필요가 있다고 인정하는 사무

The Minister of Justice shall delegate the affairs under the following subparagraphs to the head of the competent Immigration Office, Branch Office, or Field Office having jurisdiction over the place of stay, pursuant to Article 76-8 of the Act. <Amended by Act No. 15623, May 8, 2018; Act No. 18494, Aug. 16, 2022> 1. Receipt of applications for issuance and re-issuance of refugee travel certificates under Article 88-6 (1) and Article 88-7 (2) 2. Examination, including verification of the applicant's identity 3. Production of refugee travel certificates 4. Issuance and re-issuance and delivery of refugee travel certificates under Article 88-6 (2) and Article 88-7 (4) 5. Collection of fees under Article 87 of the Act 6. Other affairs that the Minister of Justice deems necessary to delegate in relation to the issuance and re-issuance of refugee travel certificates

체류지 관할 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 제1항에 따라 사무를 대행한 현황을 법무부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8>

The head of the competent Immigration Office, Branch Office, or Field Office having jurisdiction over the place of stay shall report the status of affairs delegated under paragraph (1) to the Minister of Justice. <Amended by Act No. 15623, May 8, 2018>

체류지 관할 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 난민여행증명서 발급ㆍ재발급 신청을 한 외국인이 법 제76조의5제1항 단서에 해당하여 난민여행증명서를 발급하지 아니한 경우에는 그 사실을 법무부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8>

If a foreign national who has applied for the issuance or re-issuance of a refugee travel certificate is not issued a refugee travel certificate because he or she falls under the proviso of Article 76-5 (1) of the Act, the head of the competent Immigration Office, Branch Office, or Field Office having jurisdiction over the place of stay shall report such fact to the Minister of Justice. <Amended by Act No. 15623, May 8, 2018>
