제88조의6 난민여행증명서의 발급

법 제76조의5제1항에 따라 난민여행증명서의 발급을 신청하려는 외국인은 난민여행증명서 발급신청서에 난민인정증명서, 외국인등록증(외국인등록증을 발급받은 경우만 해당한다) 및 사진 1장을 첨부하여 법무부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2016.9.29, 2019.12.24, 2023.12.12>
An alien intending to apply for the issuance of a refugee travel document pursuant to Article 76-5(1) of the Act shall submit an application for the issuance of a refugee travel document, attached with a certificate of refugee recognition, alien registration card (only when an alien registration card has been issued), and one photograph, to the Minister of Justice. <Amended by Act No. 14257, Sep. 29, 2016, Act No. 16834, Dec. 24, 2019, Act No. 20021, Dec. 12, 2023>
법무부장관은 제1항에 따른 신청에 대하여 난민여행증명서를 발급할 때에는 그 사실을 난민여행증명서 발급대장에 적고 난민여행증명서를 신청인에게 교부하여야 한다. <개정 2016.9.29>
When the Minister of Justice issues a refugee travel document in response to an application under paragraph ①, the Minister shall record the fact in the refugee travel document issuance register and deliver the refugee travel document to the applicant. <Amended by Act No. 14257, Sep. 29, 2016>
