Article 89 (Obligors for Applications for Permission, etc.)
제89조 허가신청 등의 의무자

법 제79조 각 호 외의 부분에서 "그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 사람"이란 다음 각 호의 사람을 말한다.
1. 사실상의 부양자
2. 형제자매
3. 신원보증인
4. 그 밖의 동거인
The "other persons prescribed by Presidential Decree" in the main sentence of each subparagraph of Article 79 of the Act shall refer to the persons in each subparagraph of the following. 1. De facto supporter 2. Siblings 3. Guarantor of character 4. Other cohabitants
부 또는 모가 법 제79조에 따른 신청 등을 할 수 없는 경우에는 제1항에 규정된 사람 순으로 신청 등의 의무자가 된다.
If the father or mother cannot make the application, etc. under Article 79 of the Act, the persons prescribed in paragraph 1 shall become the obligors for the application, etc. in order.
