법무부장관은 법 제7조제3항에 따라 사증면제협정의 적용을 일시 정지하려면 외교부장관과 미리 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

When the Minister of Justice intends to temporarily suspend the application of a visa exemption agreement pursuant to Article 7 (3) of this Act, the Minister shall consult with the Minister of Foreign Affairs in advance.

법무부장관은 제1항에 따라 사증면제협정의 적용을 일시 정지하기로 결정한 때에는 지체 없이 그 사실을 외교부장관을 거쳐 당사국에 통고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

When the Minister of Justice decides to temporarily suspend the application of a visa exemption agreement pursuant to paragraph ①, the Minister shall, without delay, notify the contracting state through the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
