제91조의2 관계 기관 소속 공무원

법 제81조제1항 각 호 외의 부분에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 관계 기관 소속 공무원"이란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람을 말한다. <개정 2012.10.15, 2017.7.26, 2020.8.5>
1. 고용노동부 소속 공무원 중에서 고용노동부장관이 지정하는 사람
2. 중소벤처기업부 소속 공무원 중에서 중소벤처기업부장관이 지정하는 사람
3. 경찰청 소속 경찰공무원 중에서 경찰청장이 지정하는 사람
4. 해양경찰청 소속 경찰공무원 중에서 해양경찰청장이 지정하는 사람
5. 국가정보원 소속 공무원 중에서 국가정보원장이 지정하는 사람
6. 그 밖에 기술연수생의 보호ㆍ관리와 관련하여 법무부장관이 필요하다고 인정하는 관계 중앙행정기관 소속 공무원
In the part other than the subparagraphs of Article 81 (1) of the Act, "public officials of related agencies as prescribed by Presidential Decree" refers to persons falling under any of the following subparagraphs. <Amended by Presidential Decree No. 23854, Oct. 15, 2012; Presidential Decree No. 28209, Jul. 26, 2017; Presidential Decree No. 30981, Aug. 5, 2020> 1. Public officials belonging to the Ministry of Employment and Labor, designated by the Minister of Employment and Labor. 2. Public officials belonging to the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, designated by the Minister of SMEs and Startups. 3. Police officials belonging to the National Police Agency, designated by the Commissioner General of the National Police Agency. 4. Police officials belonging to the Korea Coast Guard, designated by the Commissioner General of the Korea Coast Guard. 5. Public officials belonging to the National Intelligence Service, designated by the Director of the National Intelligence Service. 6. Other public officials belonging to related central administrative agencies, whom the Minister of Justice deems necessary for the protection and management of technical trainees.
제1항 각 호의 공무원이 법 제81조제1항에 따라 외국인의 동향을 조사한 때에는 그 내용을 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8>
When public officials referred to in the subparagraphs of paragraph (1) investigate the trends of foreigners pursuant to Article 81 (1) of the Act, they shall notify the Commissioner General, the head of an office, or the head of a branch office of the contents. <Amended by Presidential Decree No. 28750, May. 8, 2018>
