①

출입국관리공무원은 출입국관리에 관한 직무에 종사할 때에는 제복을 착용하여야 한다. 다만, 법무부장관의 허가가 있거나 그 밖에 특별한 사유가 있을 때에는 그러하지 아니하다.

Immigration officers shall wear uniforms when engaged in duties related to immigration control. However, this shall not apply when permission has been granted by the Minister of Justice or when there are other special circumstances.

출입국관리공무원은 「사법경찰관리의 직무를 수행할 자와 그 직무범위에 관한 법률」 제3조제5항에 따라 사법경찰관리 직무를 수행할 때에는 사법경찰관리의 신분증을 지녀야 한다.

When performing the duties of judicial police officers in accordance with Article 3(5) of the 「Act on the Persons Who May Perform the Duties of Judicial Police Officers and the Scope of Their Duties」, immigration officers shall carry the identification of judicial police officers.

③

제1항에 따른 제복에 관하여 필요한 사항은 법무부령으로 정한다.
