제94조 각종 허가 등의 취소ㆍ변경

법무부장관은 법 제89조제1항에 따라 체류기간 연장허가 등을 취소 또는 변경한 때에는 해당 외국인에게 취소나 변경된 사실을 알려야 하고 그 뜻을 여권에 적을 수 있다. <개정 2019.6.11>
The Minister of Justice shall, when revoking or modifying a permit for extension of sojourn period, etc. pursuant to Article 89 (1) of the Act, notify the foreigner concerned of the revocation or modification, and may inscribe such fact in the passport. <Amended by Act No. 17343, Jun. 11, 2019>
출입국관리공무원은 법 제9조에 따른 사증발급인정서, 법 제13조에 따른 조건부 입국허가서, 법 제14조에 따른 승무원 상륙허가서, 법 제14조의2에 따른 관광상륙허가서 및 법 제20조에 따라 발급된 체류자격 외 활동허가서를 가진 외국인이 제1항에 따라 그 허가 등이 취소된 때에는 그 허가서 등을 회수하여야 한다. <개정 2012.5.25>
An immigration official shall, when a foreigner who holds a certificate of admission for visa issuance under Article 9 of the Act, a permit for conditional entry under Article 13 of the Act, a permit for landing of crew members under Article 14 of the Act, a permit for tourist landing under Article 14-2 of the Act, or a permit for activity outside the scope of status of residence issued under Article 20 of the Act has had such permit, etc. revoked pursuant to paragraph ①, confiscate such permit, etc. <Amended by Act No. 14184, May 25, 2012>
