제98조 출입국항

법 제2조제6호에 따라 출입국항을 다음과 같이 지정한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2015.8.3, 2017.3.29>
1. 「공항시설법」 제2조제3호에 따라 국토교통부장관이 지정한 국제공항
2. 「남북교류협력에 관한 법률 시행령」 제2조제1항제1호부터 제3호까지와 제6호에 따른 출입장소
3. 「선박의 입항 및 출항 등에 관한 법률」 제2조제1호에 따른 무역항
4. 오산군용비행장, 대구군용비행장, 광주군용비행장, 군산군용비행장 및 서울공항
In accordance with Article 2, Subparagraph 6 of the Act, the ports of entry and exit are designated as follows. <Amended by Presidential Decree No. 24275, Mar. 23, 2013; Presidential Decree No. 26475, Aug. 3, 2015; Presidential Decree No. 27937, Mar. 29, 2017> 1. International airports designated by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport under Article 2, Subparagraph 3 of the Airport Facilities Act. 2. Places of entry and exit under Article 2, Paragraph 1, Subparagraphs 1 through 3 and Subparagraph 6 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Inter-Korean Exchange and Cooperation. 3. Trading ports under Article 2, Subparagraph 1 of the Act on Entry and Departure of Ships, etc. 4. Osan Air Base, Daegu Air Base, Gwangju Air Base, Gunsan Air Base, and Seoul Airport.
도심공항터미널은 「공항시설법」 제2조제7호에 따라 이를 출입국항시설의 일부로 본다. <개정 2017.3.29>
Urban air terminals shall be deemed part of the port of entry and exit facilities under Article 2, Subparagraph 7 of the Airport Facilities Act. <Amended by Presidential Decree No. 27937, Mar. 29, 2017>
