제13조 협정에 의한 사증발급

재외공관의 장은 대한민국정부가 체결한 협정이나 합의각서등에 사증발급에 관하여 이 규칙과 다른 규정이 있는 때 또는 법무부장관이 호혜원칙등을 고려하여 따로 정하는 때에는 그에 따라 사증을 발급하여야 한다.
The head of a diplomatic mission abroad shall issue a visa in accordance with an agreement or memorandum of understanding concluded by the Government of the Republic of Korea, if there are provisions concerning visa issuance different from these Rules, or when the Minister of Justice separately determines considering the principle of reciprocity, etc.
재외공관의 장은 제1항의 경우에 사증발급대상자가 복수사증발급협정등이 체결된 국가의 국민이라 하더라도 특별한 사유가 있는 때에는 단수사증을 발급할 수 있다.
In the case of paragraph ①, the head of a diplomatic mission abroad may issue a single-entry visa even if the visa applicant is a national of a country with which a multiple-entry visa agreement, etc. has been concluded, if there are special circumstances.
