제19조의3(지문 및 얼굴에 관한 정보의 제공 방법) 법 제12조의2제1항에 따라 외국인이 입국심사를 받을 때에는 출입국관리공무원이 지정하는 정보화기기를 통하여 양쪽 집게손가락의 지문과 얼굴에 관한 정보를 제공하여야 한다. 다만, 훼손되거나 그 밖의 사유로 집게손가락의 지문을 제공할 수 없는 경우에는 엄지손가락, 가운데손가락, 약손가락, 새끼손가락의 순서에 따라 지문을 제공하여야 한다.
Translation
① When an alien undergoes immigration inspection under Article 12-2 (1) of the Act, the immigration control official shall provide information on fingerprints of both index fingers and facial information through an information device designated by the official. However, if the fingerprint of an index finger cannot be provided due to damage or other reasons, fingerprints shall be provided in the order of the thumb, middle finger, ring finger, and little finger.
